Start Date: 3rd March - Ongoing
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Role: Wards-based

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospital Pharmacist to join a dynamic healthcare team in South Wales. This exciting role offers a great opportunity to work in a hospital setting, providing vital support to the clinical teams on the wards.

Key Requirements:

• GPHC Registration
• Prior hospital/ward-based pharmacy experience is essential
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering expert pharmaceutical services across hospital wards
• Reviewing and dispensing prescriptions
• Supporting clinical teams with advice on medication management
• Ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for patients
