As the venue looks to further build on its success, they are seeking an experienced Hospitality General Manager to lead their team and oversee day-to-day operations.

The Role

As Hospitality General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the venue, leading a team across front-of-house and kitchen operations. You will play a key role in ensuring guests receive a first-class experience while also managing stock, staffing, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional service delivery

• 
  

  Manage and support a team across bar, restaurant, and kitchen functions

• 
  

  Oversee rotas, staffing levels, recruitment, and training in line with business needs

• 
  

  Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations

• 
  Manage supplier relationships, stock control, ordering, and inventory

Analyse and report on sales and financial performance, including labour and wastage

Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively

  Previous experience in a hospitality management role (e.g. General Manager, Assistant Manager, Venue Manager)

  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, licensing, and hea#####& safet#####>
