A global bank are looking to recruit a Hospitality Sous Chef for their Executive site based in Mayfair. You would be the only Chef in the kitchen but there is a Kitchen Assistant to provide help with prep and washing up. The Hospitality Sous Chef will create breakfasts and lunches for clients which will include continental breakfasts, Sushi bento boxes, small sharing plates, canapes and fine dining lunches.
This is a Monday to Friday only position and the successful Hospitality Sous Chef will need to have at least one years experience within Contract Catering working in a Hospitality Kitchen.
