Key Responsibilities of the Hospitality Supervisor: Thrives in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our members and their guests.Assists all Department Leaders in the execution and delivery of an elevated member experience.Demonstrates a passion about member, guest and associate satisfaction. The individual chosen for this role will impact every aspect of our operation.Takes ownership of the morning hospitality station. Keeps all components full at all times. Components include but are not limited to coffee, creamer, sugar, infused waters, hot water, hot tea bags. Ensures coffee and hot tea station is properly broken down on time. Organizes newspapers. Converses with Members and Guests.Assists in keeping Wellness Center “Member ready”. Wipes down equipment periodically. Monitors and reports cleanliness/maintenance issues to appropriate personnel/General Manager. Monitors locker room supplies and ensures they are stocked.Monitors and reports tiki loading dock cleanliness to F&B Director/General ManagerMaintains organization and cleanliness of all seating areas including in the foyer and fire pit areasAssist in all Club departments as needed to fill in service gapsReview pool deck each morning to ensure space is “Member ready”. Ensures chairs and tables are lined up. Loose trash from the previous day, if any, should be picked up and discarded, cleanliness and maintenance issues with lake, deck, trash cans, signs, pool equipment are reported to appropriate personnel/General ManagerMonitors and assists with keeping fruit, infused water and other complimentary items fully stocked throughout the day.Ensures pool rules are being followed by Members and GuestsAssists in addressing complains and resolving problemsCollaborates and assists key managers with developing plans and programs that positively impacts the member and associate experienceRegular and reliable attendance Qualifications for the Hospitality Supervisor: 2+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication, time management and organization skillsAbility to work on a teamEnergy and enthusiasmA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityAbility to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of timeAvailability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysOther Qualifications:Knowledge of lodging system application.
