Job Description

Plan, manage, lead, deliver and present the food and beverages as per the food specification
Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient service
Manage and lead the customer service team ensuring the rota and staff requirements are completed
Delivery of training of all customer service employees
Ensure the quality of food, guest services. hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of all service areas achieve customer satisfaction.
Interacting with customer service team members whenever is possible and appropriate to ensure they are heart of the operation.
Manage compliance across the Health and Safety and Food Safety operations
Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro-activeness
Constantly analysing business trends and competitors to provide the best customer experience to our guests.
Managing any employee relations issues within the team
Taking responsibility for all your actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family
