- Hours 2pm - 8pm (or 3pm-8pm, 1pm -7pm (ideally, 2-8pm)
- 26 meals - main and pudding.
- Complete all checks and legal paperwork on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Meeting all dietary requirements if there are any.
- Keeping to a budget.
- Ordering all food/stock control and rotation.
- Utilising the fareshare donated food we get 3 times a week.
- Ensuring enough and appropriate food for the weekend (so that the staff on shift can cook).
- Directing KP - who has cleaning and clear up duties only.
