Hotel Sous Chef - 4* Hotel Near Woking

We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team and support the Head Chef to creating menus and develop dishes in a beautiful 4* hotel on the outskirts of Woking that host conferences, wedding and events.

The Person

The Sales & Events Assistant will have:
- Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absense
- Working with fresh, high quality ingredients
- Experienced hotel sous chef
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Supervising all sections
- Experience catering in hotel events and functions
- Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creative food
- Organised with an eye for detail and live local to Woking with own transport
