SaxaVord Spaceport in Shetland, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Rotational General Steward.The role involves providing exceptional customer service across the hospitality function at the accommodation facility at SaxaVord Spaceport, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and offer an outstanding experience for staff, clients and visitors. You will perform general cleaning duties, serve food, handle guest inquiries, and assist with various tasks that contribute to the smooth running of SaxaVord Spaceport's accommodation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of housekeeping tasks and duties, to ensure accommodation facilities meet the high standards the company expects.
Assist with the serving and take down of breakfasts and dinners
Housekeeping
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with requests professionally, to ensure a positive guest experience.
Report any safety hazards or potential issues to site management promptly....
