Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an exciting, high end wellness resort in Bridport who are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their growing Housekeeping team on a permanent full-time basis.

Please note: a driving license and vehicle is essential to be considered for this role.

What's in it for you?

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are maintained, cleaned, and organised to the highest of standards, taking lead from the Housekeeping Manager and assisting in the management of the Housekeeping team.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and following set procedures for cleaning, sanitising and maintenance on site, setting out areas for service
• Training the housekeeping team to follow COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment
• Manage the team alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the high standards on site
• Collect rubbish and waste, cleaning all areas to maintain the highest of standards
• Liaise with third party laundry suppliers and work as part of the Housekeeping teams for linen change overs
• Support the wider hospitality teams in other areas of the business when required and as is reasonably practicable

Package

• Annual salary up to �27,500 per annum depending on experience
• Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPI's
• 40 hour working week

What's involved?

Our client is building a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team to ensure that guests have a clean and comfortable environment during their stay. You will promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness on site and will liaise with guests to ensure that they have everything they need to relax and enjoy themselves in the beautiful surroundings.

You will manage the Housekeeping team, allocating accommodation and communal areas to be cleaned and completing check backs to ensure all areas are maintained to an excellent standard.
