Southdown are a leading provider of care, support, and supported housing across Sussex. We are looking toappoint a Housing and Assets Data Specialist to further develop our business insight relating to our Housing Management, assets, and repairs functions .
Reporting to our Director of Housing & Assets, the post-holder will be working with our systems specialists and Housing & Property Teams to build self-service reporting, track housing performance and property safety and ensure ongoing compliance with the requirements of our regulators.
This role is being introduced to develop our capabilities regarding data and insight, to drive value for money and service improvement for our tenants and enable the development of our long-term Asset Management strategy modelling and sequencing the re-investment required to maintain our properties incorporating the changes required by the transition to net-zero.
The post holder will not only provide service leads with the information and data required to continue to meet KPI targets and statutory requirements but will also work with our Director of Housing & Assets in developing business insight that will inform the next stages Housing & Asset Management Strategy .
You will be required to have excellent data, analysis, and numeracy skills - experience in SQL and with database systems is essential and working with reporting packages such as PowerBI or SSRS an advantage.

The salary for this role will increase to £41,655 from 1st February 2025.
