We are looking for a Housing Business Analyst to assist a Local Authority with the delivery of the Housing department's digital presence.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collect data which can be used to understand how services can be accessible to all residents
- Assist members of staff with digital transformation
- Ensure the needs of the users are met through the use of processes and tools
- Complete testing on services that have been modified or newly added
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of working within a similar business analyst role previously, either for a local authority or a housing association
- Experience of documenting business processes
- Experience of using Agile/ Waterfall techniques
