Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Customer Complaints Officer on a 4 month temporary contract in Manchester

As a Specialist Complaints Officer your role will involve:

- Managing all complaints activity, ensuring the highest possible standard of service is provided to customers.

- Ensuring all complaints, however received, are managed and investigated in accordance with regulatory standards, Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code, policy and procedures, ensuring these are logged accurately, acknowledged and a resolution provided in accordance with, managing workload to ensure that complaints are dealt with within regulatory timeframes/SLAs.

What we're looking for:

Great customer service skills, showing empathy, adaptability and effective listening skills.

Experience in managing a caseload of customer complaints and of working with complaints processes and procedures.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of a business effectively.

Very well-developed IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365.

Able to multi-task, and respond to change and priorities.

Ideally you will have Housing experience (though not essential).

You must have extensive Complaints experience
