A leading law firm based in Bury is seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair Litigator to join their growing team. Since their founding in the 2010s, the firm has earned a reputation for providing top-tier legal services and is now looking for an experienced professional to handle a caseload of litigated Housing Disrepair claims on behalf of tenants.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated Housing Disrepair files from start to finish
\n
• Handle all aspects of the case, from initial instructions through to completion
\n
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, when necessary, while contributing effectively to the team
\n
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience in managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims
\n
• Strong background in litigation with a demonstrable billing record
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a performance-driven environment
\n
• IT literate, with experience using case management software (Proclaim preferred)
\n
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results
\n
