Interim Housing Finance Business Partner Financial Services Job Ref: K&C 5250722 Pay Rate: £34.59 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 36 Monday Friday, normal working hours Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months City: Kensington, London The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance and support to the Housing Department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across different functions, contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Key Receptibilities: Lead in delivering a high quality, effective and professional Finance Business Partnering service to budget managers and council stakeholders related to the council s Housing Services, including temporary accommodation, housing development and homelessness. Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all Budget holders and their teams. Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance. Providing analysis and delivering insight linking financial reports to business strategies. The provision of accountancy, budget setting and monitoring and final account services.
