Kent, Southeast London £40,000 - £60,000 W/28290 Housing Litigation Solicitor - This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm that have been delivering legal advice for over 100 years. This practice is known for their property litigation work and due to continued growth are now seeking a further lawyer to join their specialist housing law team. About The Role Working closely with the senior Partners you will need to have a solid background knowledge of property and housing litigation. You will be dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud, landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable. Candidate Requirements They are looking at candidates from NQ up to 3 PQE, and who have relevant experience of working in a housing management legal department in a solicitor s firm or in-house. You will be expected to deliver excellent client care, participate in marketing and networking activities and oversee and support junior members of the team.
