Role: Housing Maintenance Supervisor
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term
Location: Carterton , OX18
Hours: 08:00 17:00
Salary: Up to £35,000
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Housing Maintenance service, to ensure all works, audits and inspections are carried out to a high move-in standard across the Southwest.
Responsibilities:
Undertake voids WIP inspections
Ensure all Voids meet the move in standard
Conduct joint inspection with service partners
To undertake minor works on any voids when required
To work collaboratively with colleagues, delivering on customer, operational and financial targets in line with the business plan
To manage sub-contractors supporting the delivery of void works
What youll need:
Previous experience in void maintenance or trade background in Housing.
It is desirable that you have a level 2 diploma or equivalent e.g. NVQ in a maintenance trade.
Previous experience in void maintenance or trade background in Housing.
This role will require you to travel to remote sites weekly therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence
