A Housing Association based in Bristol are looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary contract with a possibility to go permanent.
Contract Length: - Ongoing
Hourly Rate: 18 p/h - 22 p/h
Housing Officer responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive housing and estate management services
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners
Ensure proactive management of estate and tenancy issues
Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to maintain safe and secure homes
Promote and facilitate community events to improve customer outcomes
Address anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively
Support customers with tenancy-related queries and changes

Housing Officer experience:

Previously been a Housing Officer or relatable experience within General Needs
Experience within Social Housing
Available within 1 week
Be able to hit the ground running
