Housing Officer

Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of a Charity in the West Midlands.

The Opportunity

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity to join a large charity in the West Midlands as a Housing Officer. You will oversee and organise tenancies of varying types of tenure. This also includes supervising processes - pre, during and post tenancy, to ensure the thorough and accurate administering of tenancies.

Due to the nature of this role, we shall only be accepting applicants with a full UK drivers licence along with access to a vehicle.

• 40 hours per week


• Shifts are according to business need and will include some weekend, evening and lone working


• Temporary - �16.50 - �17.00 per hour Via Umbrella


• Permanent - �25,480 per annum


• Immediate start


• 3 temporary contract, with the view to go permanent

Requirements.

• Experience providing housing related support


• Enhanced DBS


• Full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle
