Housing Officer

Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Officer to join their team, based in Derry & Maple House office, typically 1 day per week in the office and 2/3 at the scheme and 1 or 2 from home

The Housing Officer role is to cover Maternity Leave (up to 1 year) and an immediate start. This is a full time post
Job Purpose:
To ensure that an efficient, effective, customer orientated and comprehensive housing management service is provided to applicants, tenants, licensees and other customers in accordance with Choice policies, procedures, current law, regulatory guidelines, current best practice and the Association's service standards
You are a good fit for this role, if you have CIH Level 4 + 2 years' relevant housing/ tenancy management experience, or a Degree in any discipline + 2 years' relevant housing/ tenancy management experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority
or, 3 years' experience as a Housing Officer (or equivalent) within the last 5 years
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate between £15.91 to £19.10 per hour, depending on your experience
