Job Type:�Full Time, Permanent

Salary:��24,962 Per Annum (Base salary �23,962 + �1,000 Unsociable Hours Allowance)

Hours:�Working hours are 8 hours per day, shift patterns and flexibility will be discussed during the interview. (The provision of the contract is between 08:00 and 22:00)

Location:�Greater Manchester

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

Candidates are required to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for the purposes of undertaking the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Support:�Assist clients in complying with HDC/Bail conditions.

  • Support Plans:�Develop and implement person-centred Support Plans.

  • Weekly Sessions:�Provide weekly support sessions to engage residents with their support plans and help achieve their goals.

  • Benefit Assistance:�Assist residents in accessing Housing Benefit to ensure stable tenancy.

  • Property Management:�Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard by reporting repairs and replacing furniture and equipment as needed.



What We Expect:




  • Experience:�Proven experience in developing support and move-on plans.

  • Safeguarding Knowledge:�Understanding of safeguarding practices and working with vulnerable adults.

  • Flexibility:�Willingness to travel within your allocated area and adapt to different local patches as required.

  • Computer Skills:�Familiarity with computer-based packages for record-keeping and communication.
