Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer for a public sector organisation on a temporary basis across Leeds or Kirklees. Office working will be required 2 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Officer:

• Delivering a first class housing service to social housing tenants
• Conducting welcome and home visits
• Investigating and managing low level cases of ASB
• Completing inspections and tenancy checks
• Dealing with tenancy breaches
• Reporting and following up on repairs
• Encouraging resident engagement

Requirements of the Housing Officer:

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
