Housing Officer

Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on behalf of a Charity in the West Midlands.

The Opportunity:

A permanent opportunity to join a large charity in the West Midlands as a Housing Officer. You will oversee and organise tenancies of varying types of tenure. This also includes supervising processes - pre-, during and post-tenancy, to ensure the thorough and accurate administering of tenancies.

Due to the nature of this role, we will only accept applicants with a full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Further information:

• 40 hours per working week


• Shifts are according to business need and will include some weekend, evening and lone working


• Permanent �25,480 Annual salary �


• Immediate start

Requirements:

• Experience in providing housing advice and support


• Enhanced DBS


• Full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle
