Housing Options Officer

Are you a Housing Options Officer looking for 4 days work from home?

Do you also want a manageable caseload and a long-term contract?

Well, I am working with Local Authority in the Southeast is looking for an interim Housing Options Officer to join their team in the coming weeks.

You will only need to venture to the sunny South Coast once a week for your duty day, with 4 days working from home!

You will need experience and knowledge of:

• Writing s184 decision letters and PHPs
• Part VII of The Housing Act 1996
• The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017

If you have used the system Huume, that is desired but not necessary.

Having worked with this Council many times, I know that it is a small, friendly and supportive team that appreciates interim staff. The 3-month contract is very likely to extend, making it a great and stable place to work as a temp!

Further to this, you will be receiving a very competitive rate of �30 an hour!
