Are you looking for a fully remote Housing Options Officer position?
A Local Authority in the Southwest is looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team for at least 3 months, very likely to extend.
This is a fully remote position-no need to collect equipment, making it as convenient as possible. We've worked with this Local Authority many times before, and they're known for being a supportive and friendly team.
You'll need experience with writing S184 decisions, Personal Housing Plans, and using Locata. A solid understanding of homelessness prevention and relief, Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996, and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 is essential.
The caseload is around 35-45, and they are looking for someone personable as it is a customer-facing role!
