I am looking for a Housing Resettlement Officer!

Passionate about making a difference? We're hiring a Housing Resettlement Officer on a 3-month contract to support vulnerable individuals, including refugees, in securing stable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with landlords and help tenants transition smoothly into rental properties.
• Provide support to Afghan and Ukrainian families, helping them maintain secure tenancies.
• Work with Homelessness Prevention teams to reduce rough sleeping and support ex-offenders.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure housing standards.
• Offer guidance on welfare benefits, rent, and tenancy rights.
• Monitor rent payments and manage arrears.

Details:

3 days a week in the office
