HR Administrator (6-month FTC)
Solihull (Birmingham Business Park - Hybrid)
£24,000 - £25,000 p/a
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing, multi-national IT software company. They are looking for a HR Administrator to come in initially on a 6-month fixed term basis.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To provide administrative support to the Talent Management team, working alongside a team of 5.
To assist new starters with their starter process, obtaining documents, ensuring RTW checks have been done and liaising with team members to set up the relevant induction meetings.
Communicate with our external HR function to create and update contracts.
Assist team members with any HR system queries.
Assist with the admin required during the leaver process, ensuring payroll have been notified and all internal steps have been followed.
The person required will have:
Minimum of a year's experience in a professional office environment (preferably HR but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exemplary attention to detail
Strong time management skills
A bubbly, proactive personality who is available for an immediate start
