Job DescriptionWe're currently partnering with a womens charity in London who provide essential support to women and girls who have been impacted by gender-based violence. This role will sit within their small but collaborative HR team, and will be a great opportunity for an experience HR Administrator to build their HR experience and further their career.This is a part-time position requiring 4 days per week.Key Responsibilities:Support hiring managers with all elements of recruitment - posting adverts, responding to applicants, arranging interviewsAct as first point of contact for all general HR queries, escalating more complex issues in a timely mannerTaking detailed notes during team and employee relations meetingsEnsure of people related records and data are maintained and updatedSupport with the delivery of various ad hoc HR projects as requiredKey Experience:Experience providing HR administrative supportExperience working within a Charity / Not for Profit organisation, or the broader public sectorExperience conducting pre-employment checksThe team are looking for a passionate and motivated HR professional who is looking to further develop their career within a socially-focused organisation.
