Exciting Temporary Opportunity as an HR Administrator!

Pay - �13-14.50 an hour

Hours - 20-25 hours a week.

Ongoing temp, potential temp to perm

Please note this is an onsite role in Worthing

Start date of Wednesday 26th February

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR administration? Our client is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Available to start from Wednesday 26th February
