Full time hours, Mon - Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 4pm Temp with chance of going perm £24,000 to £26,000 About your next employer This temporary position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a supportive and collaborative HR environment. You'll play a crucial role in leveraging technology to improve organisational efficiency and data accuracy. What you'll do Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility for all users. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS. Perform regular audits and data cleansing to maintain data quality. Liaise with product suppliers to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date. Provide support to HRIS users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and other stakeholders on HRIS functionalities. Generate and analyse HRIS reports to support HR metrics and decision-making. Support HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Maintain accurate and secure employee records. Support the selection and recruitment process. Assist with the new starters and leavers process, including references, new starter set-up, and exit interviews. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve HR processes. Manage absence administration and reporting. About you Essential: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Familiarity with HR processes and procedures. Experience with database management.
