Description
- Leading the Human Resources team and facilitating collaboration
- Overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise
- Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Ensuring compliance with industrial / manufacturing regulations and laws
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the departmental level
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven leadership experience within a Human Resources team
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications
- A good understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
