Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with one of our Sheffield manufacturing clients to appoint a highly motivated HR Administrator to join their people team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a HR Administrator, you will report into and work closely with the HR Manager supporting the day to day operations of the HR function. This includes managing the employee life cycle, supporting with Employee Relations issues and building relationship with key stakeholders.

As a HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and issuing offer letters, employment contracts and outcome letters
Dealing with day to day ER issues and acting as the note-taker in meetings
Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment for temporary & permanent roles
Maintain all HR Trackers and Systems
Reporting on HR Data & Statistics
Managing HR records and training plans for new starters
Supporting with planning company events
