The HR Administrator will be responsible for leading the Human Resources team and ensuring the smooth operation of the department within our Industrial / Manufacturing industry-based organisation.

Description

Leading the Human Resources team and facilitating collaboration
Overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handling employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise
Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Ensuring compliance with industrial / manufacturing regulations and laws
Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
Coordinating training and development activities
Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the departmental levelProfile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven leadership experience within a Human Resources team
Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications
A good understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industryJob Offer
