HR Administrator / Dartford / �28,000 / Permanent

We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team. You will assist with day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, support payroll, manage recruitment processes, and address employee queries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions (recruitment, training, grievances).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and absence management.
  • Manage employee queries and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Support the leaver process and maintain HR documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role (assistant level).
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and work autonomously.
