Description

The Role:
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the business.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Handle absence and holiday tracking, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Assist with HR compliance and policy updates in line with employment law.
  • Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate data entry.

Profile

HR Administrator - What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an HR administration or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
