Adecco are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Administrator to join South Gloucestershire Council.
To administer the recruitment process, including responding to e-mail, telephone and written enquiries from internal and external customers, carrying out pre-employment checks i.e. references, occupational health questionnaires and maintain the DBS process and ATS recruitment system. Maintain a good relationship and first point if contact to applicants, offering a seamless service and on boarding. Including liaison with HR Advisors, and departmental managers on queries, delays and recruitment support.
To assist in all aspects of developing and optimising the Council's recruitment processes, including maximising the use of ATs system and ensuring the quality of the process.
