Position: HR Advisor- Employee Relations

Location: The convenience of working from home (and attendance to a London office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a HR Advisor- Employee Relations at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Be part qualified CIPD (or equivalent) and have an excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
Have proven experience of managing employee relations cases, end to end including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
Liaise with our external legal support.
Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
Manage TUPE transfers, both in and out..
Be keen to drive improvement and ensure best service.
