Working for a government organisation based in Taunton.
This full is full-time for 6 months - 8 hours per day.
The day rate is £238 per day, equalling £29.75 per hour. Please note this rate is PAYE.
This role is hybrid, but you would be required to attend site located in Taunton, so you must live in a commutable distance.
Your new role
The focus of this role is to be the primary contact for all employee-relations cases as well as, being the wellbeing lead across the organisation.
The role will need to develop people management capability proactively to pre-empt and handle employee relations cases.The post holder will be a key part of the HR team, planning, designing, delivering, and promoting positive wellbeing across the business.
They will coach managers to resolve employee relations cases and support the HR Business Partners. The role will cover all areas of the business as part of the HR Shared Service model adopted and will promote manager self-service.The post holder will also need to support other parts of the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, reward, policy, talent management and employee experience in line with business needs as required.
