Standalone HR Advisor / HR Manager
Are you a proactive HR professional ready to take on a standalone role, within this local charity based business? We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Advisor or HR Manager to join as the stand alone HR function, supporting approximately 40 FTEs across 3 sites.

You'll have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be comfortable working autonomously to support a small team. A keen eye for detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential.
