Our Client : A Premier IT Solutions provider, is looking to hire a dynamic HR Advisor, HR Specialist, or HR Consultant to join their dedicated HR team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, designing, delivering, and promoting positive wellbeing across the business. This position involves coaching managers to resolve employee relations cases and supporting HR Business Partners. The role covers all areas of the business as part of the HR model and promotes manager self-service.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactive Case Management : Provide end-to-end case management for managers of varying seniority levels for all employee relations cases, including capability, misconduct, grievance, attendance management, investigations, and appeals, except for high-risk complex cases managed by HR Business Partners.
Tribunal Support : Assist in the preparation for employment tribunal hearings as necessary.
Data-Driven Attendance Management : Use data insights to work with managers on proactively managing attendance, including progressing complex and specialist occupational health assessments or professional interventions.
