HR Advisor - Media

p Handle are excited to be working with a global Media business who are looking for a HR Advisor to support their team. /p br If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly. br p Working closely with the HR Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing all people issues including advising on ER issues. This is a hands on role and you will take full ownership of establishing development programmes and act as the HR point of contact. /p p Your duties will include but not limited to /p ul li Work in conjunction with the HR Director to support change management processes /li li Provide advice and support on ER issues to managers. /li li Working closely with the HR Operations team /li li To work collaboratively with the Recruitment team and managers /li li Support engagement activity, including engagement team meetings /li li Working closely with line managers and the HR Operations team to monitor and report on probation periods /li li Provide information and guidance to Managers on all stages of the performance management process. /li li Manage disciplinary and grievance cases /li li Flexible Working /li li Manage long-term absence cases /li li Deliver the induction process for new joiners. /li li Carry out exit interviews /li /ul p The ideal candidate will have HR experience at Advisor level working within a global organisation.
