Description
- Advising management and staff on HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Supporting the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new starters
- Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with company objectives
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Ensuring compliance with current HR legislation
- Managing staff wellness and engagement programmes
- Conducting training needs analysis and organising training initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in handling HR responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and to build strong relationships at all levels
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Job Offer
- An estimated yearly salary of �32,000 - �38,500 GBP
- Site based with a 9 day working week (25 Fridays off per year)
