About the Role
In this role, you'll join our first-class HR team part of a FTSE100 company, and work on exciting HR projects-all while enjoying a flexible working style.
You will need to be based in London or surrounding areas, this regional role offers the autonomy to manage your own diary, combining homeworking with multi-site travel.
You'll support the development and delivery of a people plan that fosters a high-performance culture. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a multi-site environment is key, and your collaborative approach will be highly valued.
As a Regional HR Advisor, you will:
- Provide top-notch HR advisory services, managing case work from start to finish.
- Gain exposure and development in areas such as upskilling, coaching, workforce planning, employee relations, TUPE, and projects.
- Receive support from your line manager, HR Business Partners, and work closely with the wider HR team to deliver company-wide initiatives.
About You:
- To excel in this role, you should hold a CIPD level 5 qualification.
- Have strong knowledge of employment legislation and current HR practices.
- Be confident in advising stakeholders at all levels.
- You should have extensive experience as a HR generalist, comfortable working autonomously and independently.
- Be able to coach managers on ER issues.
- Have excellent communication essential for building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
- Must have a full driving licence
