Description

• Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff

• Contribute to the development of the company's HR strategy
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry regulations
• Participate in HR projects as required
• Manage HR administration tasks as necessary

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Transport & Distribution industry
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
