Future Prospects Group are delighted to be working with our client from within the manufacturing industry who are actively recruiting for a�HR Advisor�on a full-time, 5 month fixed term basis to join their team.

As a HR Advisor you will be reasonable for recruitment and supporting with HR Administration.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities as a�HR Advisor�will include:

• Managing full recruitment process including; Contacting agencies, agreeing terms, working with managers to define job requirements, CV sifting, interviewing, and managing feedback


• Supporting with HR administration such as writing up employee Terms and conditions, and contacting references

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal�HR Advisor�will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• HR professional who can confidently hit the ground running


• CIPD Qualified (Preferred)


• Experience in full recruitment process


• High level administration skills
