A leading provider of marketing and communications in the UK is looking for an HR Advisor in Warrington. Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, you will also receive 24 days holiday (plus BH), a pension scheme, free EAP service and access to a benefits platform.
Working as part of a shared services HR team across two UK sites, you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services working alongside the HR and Management teams ensuring the smooth running of the day to day function with specific focus on the end to end recruitment process, induction, orientation, training and identifying current and future requirements to support managers in people management through data analysis and one to one communication.
What youll do as HR Advisor?
Build strong relationships and regularly communicate with the management team on human resource related issues and escalate when appropriate
Contribute to the development HRIS system
Update and maintain the Information System data ensuring accuracy of new starters / leavers, T&A and changes in employees details during employment;
Compile through HRIS data monthly management reports; and explore areas of ongoing improvement;
Drive business performance in partnership with the management team and aligned to the organisations objectives
Roll out policy and process training to Managers
Partner with line managers to review employee relations, resourcing, performance and absence management and attend employee relation meetings with managers when required and appropriate
Liaise with third when required including Occupational Health, Benefits providers, agencies etc
Handle all matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements
Carry out formal consultations when required, but not limited to TUPE, redundancies, welfare meetings etc
Drive and co-ordinate the end to end recruitment and selection processes
Administer the new starter process and ensure all processes are adhered to including right to work in the UK, references and DBS
Manage the new starter induction process and carry out induction and ISO compliance training for new starters
Work with team to review Company Policies and Procedures in line with employment legislation
Make recommendations to drive positive change throughout the business
Participate in all human resource related projects including review of handbook and policies
Supply information for compliance audits and tenders when requested
Participate in the health & safety committee meetings and support H&S processes
Maintain CPD requirement as requested by professional body (CIPD)
Were looking for a HR Advisor with:
Ideally CIPD level 5 or working towards
Experience in HR information systems including, inputting, and compiling data report writing etc
Knowledge and experience of best practice on recruitment and selection
Ability to manage the employee lifesycle including recruitment and onboarding and maintaining the HRIS system
Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures
Adhere and drive all compliance requirements and company policies
Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group
Excellent written communication skills to produce correspondence and reports
The ability to research, analyse and reason logically within timeframes
Experience of working effectively in teams
Ability to identify development needs
Experience in providing advice and support to managers
Experience in implementing new initiatives
Maintains confidentiality at all times
Presentation skills (for training purposes)
Computer literate on all MS programmes
Flexible and adaptable to support Warrington on an adhoc basis.
You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
