HR Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are excited to be working with a highly successful, National Private Healthcare provider based in Sheffield, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their HR department on a 3-6 month Fixed-term contract.
The role will report into the Head of HR and will be supported by a HR Administrator. 
Your role will include:

• Providing Senior Management with advice around employment law issues
• Improving company policies, procedures and templates
• Completing pre-employment checks and onboarding
• Producing offer letters and contracts
• Providing support to hiring managers in formal meetings
• Using Employee metrics system to input and record data
• Taking a lead on all day-to-day ER
• Involvement with the Learning and Development strategy

The ideal candidate will have proven success in their career as a HR Advisor and will be able to work confidently under pressure. Experience dealing with TUPE is desirable.
