Elevation HR are excited to be working a fantastic Business Services company based in Leeds as they search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a full time, permanent basis.
This fully onsite role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR team and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and exposure. It is a fully generalist role and would suit a HR Coordinator / Assistant looking to take that next step into an advisory role. 

As a HR Advisor your duties will include:

• Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
• ER related matters including investigations, grievance and disciplinaries
• Managing the Employee Life Cycle including selection and onboarding
• General HR Administration including Benefits and contract updates
• Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
• Develop strong engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives to focus retention and succession planning.
