Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Part-Time HR Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Policy Guidance: Provide clear and accurate guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across the organization.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, offering mediation and conflict resolution support as needed.

  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.

  • Compliance: Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • HR Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.



Requirements:




  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.

  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.



Hours: This is a part-time position, requiring 25 hours per week. Flexible working hours can be arranged.



Salary: Pro-rata �35,000 for part-time hours
