As an HR Advisor, you will:
  • Coordinate HR systems and provide effective HR services throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Ensure all trackers, including HR case and Family Friendly, are up to date.
  • Support and coach managers on Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Handle all aspects of ER, including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, and tribunals.
  • Report monthly on HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders like DBS, NMC, ACAS, local authorities, and solicitors.
  • Assist in formal meetings and occasionally take minutes.
  • Provide HR reports as required.
  • Guide and oversee flexible working requests and reasonable adjustments.

The ideal HR Advisor will have:
  • Experience in an office environment and working as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A Level 5 CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience is desirable.
  • A full driving licence with access to a car.
