Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support & Advisory: Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • HR Strategy & Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organisational objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Training & Development: Support the implementation of training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and initiatives designed to improve overall HR operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Change Management: Provide support during organisational changes, assisting in managing transitions effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
